What we collect

• Your application: name, email, phone number, state, your answers to the eligibility questions, and when you agreed to each agreement.
• Your interview: an audio recording of the AI voice interview (your voice and the interviewer’s), a transcript, and your answers.
• Technical details: your IP address and browser type when you apply and when you accept the contractor agreement, and the link or campaign that brought you to us.
• Your work as a contributor: the calls you log, the companies you refer, and your commission and payout records.

We collect your W-9 separately, when you’re due your first payout. It is not stored in the contributor portal. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To review your application and decide whether to accept you.
• To run the network: give you call lists, credit your referrals and pay you.
• To enforce the calling rules, meet our legal obligations and prevent fraud.
• To contact you about your application and your work.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your interview

The interview is recorded and transcribed. An AI model asks the questions and suggests a score. A person at Specialist Inc. reviews every interview and makes the decision.

If your answers show you don’t meet the eligibility requirements (age, state of residence or the right to work in the US as a contractor), your application is declined automatically, before any interview.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that run the network for us: hosting, database, file storage, email, and OpenAI, which powers the voice interview, transcription and scoring.

Referral programs receive details of the companies you refer, not your contact details. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

• If you aren’t accepted: we delete your interview recording and transcript 6 months after you apply. We keep your contact details and the decision so we can recognize a repeat application, unless you ask us to delete them.
• If you join the waitlist: we keep your details until your state becomes eligible or you ask us to remove them.
• If you become a contributor: we keep your information while you’re a contributor. After that, we keep it only as long as we need it to pay you, handle reversed fees and meet tax and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Use the delete link in your application email, or email admin@specialistbrokerage.com.

Deleting removes your recording, transcript and contact details. We keep a record that a decision was made, and any payment and tax records the law requires us to keep. We won’t treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights, and we honor them.

Our team’s Google integration

Separately from the Contributor Network, Specialist Inc. runs an internal assistant for its own team. It uses Google APIs only through the team’s own assistant account, to read and write files in one shared Google Drive folder that the team owns, so the team can find documents and keep meeting notes. It does not access anyone else’s Google data.

We don’t sell or share data obtained through Google APIs, and we don’t use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account’s security settings.

Security

Interview recordings are kept in private storage that only authorized Specialist Inc. staff can access. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information and what we keep.

Changes and contact

The Contributor Network is for adults. We don’t knowingly keep information about anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and email contributors about any material change.
